Honey Butter Corn Casserole

Serves: 8 Total Time: 1 hr 5 min


Ingredients:

  • 1 pack jiffy corn muffin mix

  • 1 egg

  • 4 tbsp salted butter (melted)

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 15 oz canned sweet corn (drained)

  • 15 oz creamed corn

  • 8 oz sour cream


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  3. Transfer batter to a greased 8x8 pan (any pan size around this size will work, but it may affect baking time).

  4. Bake until golden around edges and the middle doesn't wiggle when the pan moves, which should take about 1 hr.

  5. Let cool at least 5 minutes and enjoy your honey butter corn casserole!
